Organized Joy Joy Organics on Trello

As a copywriter, I know the importance of organization and efficiency in any business. That’s why when I discovered Trello, a project management tool, my mind was blown. But when I started using it for one of my clients, Joy Organics, a whole new level of organization was achieved.

Joy Organics is a CBD brand that offers high-quality products to its customers. As their copywriter, my main job was to create persuasive and attention-grabbing content that would convince customers to choose their products over others in the market. This meant keeping up with tight deadlines and managing numerous tasks at once.

Before Trello, I was using various applications and tools to keep track of my work for coolors joy organics. But as the workload increased and multiple projects started overlapping, it became chaotic and overwhelming. That’s when Trello came into the picture.

Trello is essentially an online Kanban board where you can create boards for different projects or clients and organize tasks under each board as cards. The best part? It’s visual! You can see all your tasks laid out in front of you with just a glance.

The first thing I did after creating an account on Trello was to make boards specific to each client or project. For Joy Organics, I created a board named “Blog Content” where I could add all the articles that needed writing or editing.

Then came task cards – these are specific actions that need completing under each board or project. For instance, under Blog Content for Joy Organics’ brand awareness campaign, there were different task cards like “Research keywords,” “Write blog post,” “Edit blog post,” etc.

Next came deadlines – without which no marketing campaign can be successful! With every task card included details like who the card was assigned to (if there were other team members working on it), due date (which could be set and edited easily), and attachments (to add any necessary documents or files for that task).

But what I loved most about Trello was the simple yet effective drag-and-drop feature. Once a task was completed, it could be moved to the “Completed” list. This not only gave me a sense of accomplishment but also helped in keeping track of all the work I had done.

Moreover, with Trello’s mobile app, I could access my boards and tasks from anywhere at any time. It has truly turned organizing my work into a joy!

In conclusion, as a copywriter for Joy Organics on Trello, I have experienced first-hand the difference it can make in managing tasks and projects efficiently. With Trello’s user-friendly interface and features like deadlines, task cards, and mobile accessibility – staying on top of my work for Joy Organics has never been easier. If you’re looking for an organized solution to manage your business projects or clients’ requirements effectively – look no further than Trello!
